• Assist active and sophisticated traders by addressing market activities, handling securities transactions, and answering trading-related inquiries.

• Establish trusted relationships through client interactions that come in.

• Offer education and assistance to empower clients in making well-informed investment choices.

• Clearly articulate complex trading and investment concepts.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investing requirements.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business units to provide exceptional experiences.

• Deliver trading support, education, and guidance amidst fluctuating market conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must have their primary residence within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch locations in Carmel and Indianapolis at the time of application.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is mandatory.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field is required.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations is essential.

• Experience in supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products is required.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex trading and investment concepts in a client-friendly manner.

• Proven ability to identify client needs, provide personalized solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

• Must comply with applicable regulatory and legal requirements related to criminal history and associations with regulated financial activities.
