Active Trader Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist dynamic and experienced traders with market activities, securities transactions, and inquiries related to trading.

• Establish trustworthy relationships through incoming client interactions.

• Offer education and support to empower clients in making well-informed investment choices.

• Clarify intricate trading and investment concepts.

• Provide an outstanding client experience.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions tailored to their investment needs.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business teams to deliver trading support, education, and advice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license is mandatory.

• Series 4 license is preferred.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a similar field.

• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations.

• Experience in supporting trading activities involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.

• Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-lasting relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of the designated Kansas City branch location at the time of application.
