Active Trader Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist active and sophisticated traders by providing support with market activities, securities transactions, and trading-related inquiries.

• Cultivate trusted relationships through proactive client interactions.

• Offer education and assistance to empower clients in making informed investment choices.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investment requirements.

• Deliver trading support, education, and guidance to clients.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business units to provide exceptional experiences and aid investors in reaching their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch locations: Orlando & The Villages at the time of application.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Prior experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field is essential.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations is necessary.

• Proven experience in supporting trading activities related to equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex trading and investment concepts clearly and in a client-friendly manner.

• Demonstrated capacity to identify client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are required.

• Candidates must not have a criminal history that prohibits hiring or association under relevant laws and regulations.
