This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist active and sophisticated traders by addressing market activities, securities transactions, and trading-related inquiries.

• Offer inbound client education and support to empower clients in making informed investment choices.

• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

• Articulate complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investing needs.

• Deliver trading support, education, and guidance across various investment products and financial solutions.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business units to provide exceptional experiences and assist investors in achieving their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Series 7 license is mandatory.

• Series 63 license is required.

• Series 4 license is preferred.

• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field is essential.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations is necessary.

• Proven experience in supporting trading activities encompassing equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to clarify complex trading and investment concepts effectively.

• Ability to identify client needs, provide personalized solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

• High attention to detail and sound judgment are required.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Must reside within a 90-mile radius of an approved branch site at the time of application.

• Must fulfill applicable regulatory and criminal-history requirements.
