This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist Fidelity's engaged and knowledgeable traders by addressing market activities, securities transactions, and inquiries related to trading.

• Establish trustworthy relationships through client interactions received via inbound channels.

• Offer education and support to empower clients in making well-informed investment choices.

• Clarify intricate trading and investment concepts.

• Provide an outstanding client experience.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investment needs.

• Offer trading assistance, educational resources, and expert guidance.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support investors in reaching their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within a 90-mile radius of the designated branch locations: Berkley, Burlingame, Dublin, Marin, San Francisco, and Walnut Creek at the time of application.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Previous experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related area is essential.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations is necessary.

• Experience in supporting trading activities that involve equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products is required.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.

• Capability to identify client needs, provide personalized solutions, and cultivate long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Candidates must not have criminal histories that would hinder employment or association as per applicable laws and regulations.
