This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist active and sophisticated traders by providing support related to market activities, securities transactions, and trading inquiries.

• Manage incoming client interactions effectively.

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients.

• Offer education and support to empower clients in making informed investment choices.

• Articulate complex trading and investment concepts in a straightforward, client-friendly manner.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions.

• Deliver trading support, education, and guidance to clients.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business teams to provide outstanding experiences and assist investors in reaching their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field is essential.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and relevant industry regulations is required.

• Experience in supporting trading activities related to equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to clearly explain complex trading and investment concepts.

• Ability to identify client needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment are crucial.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Candidate's primary residence must be within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch locations at the time of application.
