This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist active and sophisticated traders with market activities, securities transactions, and trading-related inquiries.

• Manage incoming client communications.

• Offer education and support to empower clients in making informed investment choices.

• Foster trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

• Clarify complex trading and investment topics.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that meet their needs.

• Deliver trading support, education, and guidance across various investment products and financial solutions.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business teams to provide exceptional experiences and assist investors in achieving their financial goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within a 90-mile radius of the approved branch locations at the time of application.

• Fidelity will not offer immigration sponsorship for this role.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Background in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related discipline is essential.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations is needed.

• Experience in supporting trading operations related to equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate complex trading and investment concepts effectively.

• Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and cultivate long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
