This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist Fidelity's most active and sophisticated traders with market activities, securities transactions, and trading-related inquiries.

• Manage incoming client interactions.

• Offer education and guidance to empower clients in making informed investment choices.

• Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

• Clearly articulate complex trading and investment concepts.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions tailored to their investment needs.

• Provide trading support, education, and advice.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business units to deliver outstanding experiences and assist investors in achieving their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must reside within a 90-mile radius of the designated branch locations: Folsom, Roseville & Sacramento, at the time of application.

• Fidelity will not sponsor immigration for this position.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Previous experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field is essential.

• Understanding of financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and relevant industry regulations is required.

• Experience in supporting trading activities related to equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to explain intricate trading and investment concepts in a client-friendly manner.

• Ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are essential.

• Must meet applicable regulatory and criminal history requirements.
