• Assist active and experienced traders by addressing market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related inquiries.

• Establish trustworthy relationships through incoming client engagements.

• Offer education and support to empower clients to make well-informed investment choices.

• Clearly articulate complex trading and investment concepts.

• Recognize opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions tailored to their investment needs.

• Deliver trading support, education, and guidance to clients.

• Collaborate with clients and internal business teams to provide outstanding experiences and support investors in achieving their financial objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must reside within a 90-mile radius of the designated branch locations: Chandler, Peoria, Phoenix - Biltmore & Scottsdale at the time of application.

• A Series 7 license is mandatory.

• A Series 63 license is required.

• A Series 4 license is preferred.

• Previous experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or a related field is necessary.

• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products, securities trading, and industry regulations is essential.

• Experience in supporting trading operations involving equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, margin, and other investment products is required.

• Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively explain complex trading and investment concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner.

• Proven ability to assess client needs, provide tailored solutions, and cultivate long-term relationships.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting are crucial.

• Candidates must comply with applicable regulatory and legal standards; certain criminal histories may impact hiring or association.
