This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Enhance Activation Velocity: Boost the conversion rate of approved prospects completing their initial transaction by identifying and eliminating friction points throughout the 0-to-1 onboarding process.
• Expand the Lifecycle Engine: Create and implement a multi-channel automated journey (SMS, Push, WhatsApp, Email) that facilitates an incremental increase in the transition from "Approved" to "Active" status.
• Establish an Experimentation Framework: Initiate and oversee a continuous A/B testing roadmap, maintaining a regular weekly schedule of experiments to systematically enhance funnel efficiency.
• Data-Driven Journey Analysis: Generate monthly behavioral insights and friction reports using SQL to identify reasons for drop-offs, leading to actionable product or communication improvements each quarter.
• Optimize MarTech Usage: Fully leverage the technology stack (Braze/Segment/Claude) to implement event-based, automated activation flows, significantly decreasing manual campaign execution.
• Demonstrated experience in Lifecycle Marketing & Growth Systems.
• Professional Experience: More than 5 years in Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention roles within rapidly expanding digital companies (Fintech, E-commerce, or high-frequency Apps).
• Proficiency in designing comprehensive automated customer journeys in Braze (or similar Tier-1 CRMs), particularly for onboarding and product adoption.
• Strong grasp of multi-channel orchestration (Push, WhatsApp, In-App, Email) to foster high-frequency engagement while avoiding "notification fatigue."
• Proven ability to manage complex audience segmentations to deliver highly personalized messaging at scale.
• Regularly audits existing campaigns to ensure their relevance and prevent message fatigue.
• Possesses strong Data Proficiency & Analytical Independence.
• Writes independent SQL queries to extract data from Snowflake or internal databases.
• Constructs and monitors activation cohort views to assess the health of new user segments.
• Conducts thorough funnel analysis to differentiate between "friction" (UX issues) and "lack of intent" (marketing issues).
• Utilizes data to narrate a story, presenting findings that inform strategic decisions at the executive level.
• Strong Execution & Ownership: Operates with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
• Experimentation & Product Thinking: Designs and evaluates rigorous A/B tests across product nudges and user journeys, prioritizing hypotheses based on potential impact and confidence.
• AI-Integration & Efficiency: Actively incorporates AI tools to automate content creation, predict user churn, and personalize communication at scale, ensuring the growth engine remains efficient and high-performing.
• Data Savvy & Analytical Mindset: Utilizes robust SQL skills to independently analyze funnel metrics, activation cohorts, and retention curves, translating data into strategic decisions.
• Consumer-Centric Approach: Has a deep understanding of onboarding frictions and consumer motivations, actively addressing pain points to enhance activation rates and deliver user value.
• 0-to-1 Execution: Takes complete ownership of the lifecycle pipeline, developing new processes and strategies from the ground up while being accountable for KPI achievement.
