This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and support essential elements of real estate transactions, which include documentation, key dates, and communication with title companies, legal teams, brokers/lenders, investors, and other third parties.
• Aid in acquisition and development efforts such as underwriting, due diligence, preparing materials for capital raises, drafting agreements, and other project management tasks, with the aim of maintaining timelines and providing crucial support to guarantee smooth and successful real estate transactions.
• Coordinate and manage the process of purchasing and disposing of company transactions by ensuring all details are collected, completed, and reviewed meticulously.
• Promote clear and timely communication among buyers, sellers, brokers, investors, banks, escrow agents/title companies, legal counsel, and internal teams.
• Draft and review standard sale, lease, and other agreements associated with real estate transactions.
• Monitor and take ownership of critical dates and deadlines during the transaction process, proactively ensuring compliance.
• Support underwriting processes, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence reviews.
• Coordinate and supervise due diligence activities, ensuring all necessary third-party reports and information are completed and reviewed on time.
• Assist in preparing documents and workflows for investors and lenders.
• Create investment memos and information packages for deals to be shared with investors, lenders, or other stakeholders involved in a transaction.
• Provide proactive assistance to the acquisition team, ensuring all tasks related to transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a role such as financial analyst, transaction coordinator, or similar within the real estate sector.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Process-oriented with the capability to develop systems that enhance team efficiency without compromising accuracy.
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Proficient in document preparation, agreement drafting, and contract review.
• Understanding of real estate contracts, lease agreements, escrow management, and documentation related to transactions.
