This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Assist in expanding user acquisition through the website, funnels, tracking, and paid channels, while collaborating with external SEO partners.
• Aid in the creation and updating of website pages.
• Collaborate with designers on page layout and usability.
• Ensure that content aligns with user acquisition objectives.
• Work alongside the external SEO agency for implementation.
• Assist in prioritizing pages and content.
• Confirm that the SEO strategy is effectively represented on the website.
• Define and enhance user flows (for example, website to WhatsApp or forms).
• Identify areas of friction and enhance usability.
• Guarantee straightforward and seamless user journeys.
• Establish and maintain tracking systems (GA4, GTM).
• Ensure that key user actions can be measured.
• Create and uphold reporting systems (Looker Studio).
• Initiate and manage campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
• Test various channels, messaging strategies, and target audiences.
• Support the scaling of user acquisition initiatives.
• Ensure website pages are updated in line with acquisition objectives.
• Have defined and improved sales funnels.
• Maintain reliable tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Provide insights into paid campaigns and their performance.
• Coordinate efforts with the SEO agency.
• Contribute to traffic growth (both organic and paid).
• Facilitate users entering acquisition funnels.
• Ensure tracking coverage includes key measurable actions.
• Analyze paid performance metrics (CPL, channel efficiency).
