This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer expertise regarding the requirements, policies, and objectives of the DoD COR Program, including training CORs on their roles and responsibilities.
• Oversee, assess, and analyze the performance of the COR program against established goals and compliance standards.
• Execute program planning, evaluation, and analysis to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
• Gather, validate, and analyze program data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• Create and present reports, briefings, and recommendations concerning the status and performance of the COR program.
• Assist in the planning and review of essential components of the DHA COR Program.
• Utilize program management principles and methodologies to ensure effective execution of projects.
• Manage and carry out complex project assignments that involve cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and maintain a centralized repository for COR resources, including guides, templates, and instructional materials.
• Ensure that COR personnel comply with regulatory, training, and reporting obligations.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure the clear and accurate dissemination of information.
• An active public trust clearance is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in monitoring COR programs and conducting detailed program analysis against established objectives.
• In-depth knowledge of DoD COR Program requirements and processes.
• Proven experience in program analysis, evaluation, and reporting.
• Proficient in collecting, interpreting, and effectively presenting data.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Capable of managing complex, cross-functional program activities.
• Familiarity with the Integrative Acquisition Environment (IAE) and DoD acquisition systems.
