ACH Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactional data across various systems and banking partners.

• Oversee, monitor, and validate the complete process of money movement.

• Investigate and rectify transactional discrepancies, failed money transfers, and processing anomalies by collaborating with both internal teams and external banking partners.

• Identify opportunities for automating manual reconciliation processes, enhancing money movement workflows, and actively integrating AI-driven tools and methodologies to boost efficiency.

• Take ownership of the Proof of Authorization (POA) process, ensuring that all necessary merchant authorizations and documentation are accurately managed, validated, and compliant with banking partner requirements.

• Address consumer and dispensary support inquiries related to Dutchie’s ACH program, offering timely and precise assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial operations, fintech, banking, or accounting, with a solid foundation in reconciliation and balancing.

• Deep understanding of banking operations, electronic money movement, ACH networks, and familiarity with payment processing and digital wallet ecosystems.

• Knowledge of NACHA Operating Rules is preferred.
