This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure prompt payment of invoices.
• Offer professional assistance to both new and existing customers regarding accounts receivable inquiries.
• Conduct collection calls and implement necessary collection actions.
• Collaborate across functions with our sales, orders, and channel teams.
• Assist the accounting department with month-end close activities related to accounts receivable.
• Participate in special projects focused on enhancing accounts receivable processes.
• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BBA/BS) from a recognized four-year institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to perform tasks accurately while succeeding in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
