• Accountable for overseeing customer invoicing, collections, payment posting, and account reconciliation while guaranteeing prompt collection of overdue balances.

• Create and dispatch invoices.

• Accurately post customer payments.

• Track aging reports and collections efforts.

• Reconcile customer accounts effectively.
