This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee, process, and document payments through various channels such as cash, credit card, Zelle, Chase deposits, and ACH.
• Engage with clients through phone calls, text messages, and emails to ensure successful completion of payments.
• Implement established procedures to grant clients extensions, modifications, and the waiving of late fees.
• Review the weekly court list to assess eligibility for upcoming court dates, collaborating with the Legal team to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Department to address concerns from clients regarding the firm’s services and work.
• Guide clients through the process and respond to inquiries related to service scope, modifications, or additions.
• For all other questions, accurately identify and redirect phone calls to the relevant departments.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through follow-ups, excellent customer service, and fundamental legal knowledge.
• Inform the department manager about newly arising issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A passion for working within the legal sector.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
• Capability to receive payments in USD through PayPal.
• A reliable laptop or desktop computer (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or better).
