Accounts Receivable, Project Billing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee project billing; ensure that invoices are accurate, submitted on time, and comply with the contract terms.

• Work in partnership with project managers and other stakeholders to guarantee correct billing and prompt invoice delivery.

• Utilize and oversee various billing and financial systems, maintaining data integrity and accuracy in all transactions.

• Prepare and present regular reports on billing activities, revenue, and financial performance to management.

• Generate domestic and international invoices following company procedures; submit invoices to clients as necessary.

• Prepare daily cash receipts as required.

• Prepare for audits as necessary.

• Undertake additional projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of billing experience, with a proven ability to manage a high volume of orders, including international and project billing.

• Capability to address billing inquiries, disputes, or discrepancies effectively.

• Collaborate efficiently with relevant departments to resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Familiarity with international tax regulations and the ability to apply this knowledge to billing processes is preferred.

• Expertise in navigating and optimizing complex billing processes.

• Experience with various billing and financial systems, demonstrating adaptability and excellence in a dynamic tech environment.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
