This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Handling payment processing and documenting settlements

• Conducting account reconciliations

• Providing assistance and support to branch offices

• Aiding in financial procedures and departmental oversight

• Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree obtained or in progress in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant fields

• Experience with Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable functions

• Familiarity with account reconciliation processes

• Proficient in Excel at an intermediate level

• Effective communication, strong organizational abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
