This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct precise analysis, coding, and processing of a high volume of domestic and international vendor invoices across various operating entities.
• Execute three-way matching for invoices associated with purchase orders.
• Facilitate departmental approvals to maintain efficient movement of payment queues.
• Manage monthly and quarterly tax payment requests across diverse international and domestic jurisdictions.
• Assist in the approval process for employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to strict policies and promote operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Senior AP Analyst to sustain and update the Master Datacenter file.
• Aid in tracking infrastructure expenses.
• Address ad-hoc analytical requests and operational requirements for the broader Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams.
• Recognize and propose workflow improvements.
• Undertake additional Accounts Payable responsibilities as necessary to meet team objectives.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
• Proven working knowledge of general ledger (GL) coding and automated workflow solutions.
• Extensive experience with major ERP accounting platforms and expense reimbursement applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets at an intermediate level or higher.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization capabilities, with a capacity to work independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail, numerical precision, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in a Global Accounts Payable setting, particularly within the Datacenter or Tech sectors (preferred).
• Practical experience navigating a complex, multi-entity corporate structure (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with NetSuite (ERP) and Emburse / Certify (expense management) tools (preferred).
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship details must be provided.
