This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Review employee expense reports to ensure compliance with policies, accuracy, and necessary documentation.
• Act as the main contact for inquiries related to travel and expenses, vendor onboarding, and the global corporate credit card.
• Oversee the global corporate credit card program, which includes managing activations, deactivations, replacements, credit limit adjustments, account maintenance, statement retrieval, and providing employee support.
• Handle vendor onboarding, maintain vendor master records, and verify banking information along with supporting documentation.
• Generate and maintain vendor payment templates within the corporate banking portal.
• Assist Accounts Payable operations by managing the shared inbox, tracking employee repayments, and contributing to month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Conduct regular vendor master maintenance, including biannual vendor deactivations.
• Create, maintain, and update standard operating procedures and process documentation.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to company policies and SOX requirements.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements through automation, system improvements, and operational efficiencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting.
• Preferred experience in a global environment governed by SOX controls.
• Familiarity with expense auditing, vendor onboarding, and corporate credit card management.
• Strong knowledge of vendor banking requirements, payment setup, and banking validation across various countries.
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Concur, Coupa, or similar ERP and expense management systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
