This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Become proficient in both product and accounting for clients utilizing Pennylane.
• Serve as the main point of contact for business owners, internal accountants, and accounting firms.
• Comprehend and investigate the challenges users face on a daily basis.
• Offer solutions or answers, and escalate issues to technical teams when required.
• Assist both internal and external accountants in transferring their data into Pennylane and support their migration.
• Complete the Pennylane Academy training to familiarize yourself with the product, company, and its various departments within the initial three months.
• Receive and assess accounting-related inquiries, providing prompt and relevant responses.
• Grow in autonomy and ensure requests are followed through to the full resolution of tickets.
• Manage increasingly complex customer inquiries.
• Develop and update help resources to encourage customer self-service.
• Share your accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Supply product teams with organized feedback regarding customer usage.
• Identify improvement opportunities and spearhead projects that enhance team efficiency.
• An accounting qualification such as BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA, or a Bachelor's degree in Administrative and Accounting Management.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an accounting firm, ideally including at least three tax seasons.
• Direct experience working with business owners is advantageous.
• A keen interest in innovative work tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven with the capability to independently resolve problems and identify solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is beneficial.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong written communication and instructional abilities.
• Capability to comprehend and address customer needs, deliver exceptional service, and maintain robust relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adjust to swift product changes.
• Eagerness to learn and keep current with product advancements.
• Must be a resident of Europe; the employer does not offer visa sponsorship and does not hire outside Europe.
