This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on both business operations and the Pennylane platform for clients.
• Act as a bridge between organizational leaders, internal accountants, and external accounting firms.
• Grasp the challenges that users face on a daily basis.
• Explore inquiries and offer solutions or responses.
• Elevate issues to the technical teams when required.
• Assist corporate and accounting-firm accountants in transferring their data into Pennylane to ease the migration process.
• Acquire knowledge about the product, company, and its various divisions through the Pennylane Academy.
• Receive and assess accounting-related inquiries.
• Monitor requests until the complete resolution of tickets.
• Manage increasingly intricate customer inquiries.
• Develop and revise help resources to encourage customer self-sufficiency.
• Share accounting expertise and practical experience with team members.
• Offer constructive insights to the product teams.
• Recognize areas for enhancement and spearhead improvement initiatives.
• A qualification in accounting or a degree (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Auditing, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, preferably inclusive of at least three tax seasons.
• Experience directly collaborating with business leaders is advantageous.
• A keen interest in innovative workplace solutions and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven, with the capability to independently resolve issues and identify solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Professional command of the English language.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to users.
• Capability to comprehend and respond to customer requirements, deliver exceptional service, and uphold strong relationships.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to the rapid changes of the tool.
• Enthusiasm for learning and keeping abreast of product advancements.
