This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

• Import sales data, cost of goods sold, deposits, and inventory movement entries into accounting software.

• Input invoices manually into the accounting software and ensure they match and reconcile with receiving activities.

• Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and loans for each financial period.

• Investigate nominal discrepancies in receiving or banking transactions.

• Assign codes to GL accounts and verify their accuracy with the Accountant as necessary.

• Offer assistance to the accounting team and retailers as required.

• Support various areas of the business as encouraged or needed.

• An associate degree in a technical field or higher, or equivalent experience in accounting.

• Strong understanding of debits and credits.

• Familiarity with accounting principles, including a basic knowledge of the accounting cycle.

• Capability to maintain composure and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Regularly communicates and listens attentively to peers and clients.

• Ability to proactively plan time off; extended PTO during financial period close may require supervisor approval.
