Accounting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Analyze weekly and monthly performance data for campaigns to ascertain amounts due.

• Utilize campaign tracking systems to gather performance metrics and payment details.

• Reconcile anticipated payments with actual deposits and received payments.

• Detect discrepancies between amounts owed and paid, while monitoring outstanding payments.

• Keep precise records of payments, campaign information, and reconciliations.

• Generate regular reports and summaries utilizing financial and campaign data.

• Employ spreadsheets to arrange, analyze, and monitor payment details.

• Acquire knowledge of and utilize campaign tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE.

• Assist in tracking and reconciling payments for digital marketing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related field.

• Proficient in reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting.

• Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable handling numbers and financial data with a high degree of accuracy.

• Capable of identifying and investigating discrepancies between expected and actual payments.

• Willingness to learn and navigate new software platforms.

• Basic technical skills.

• Familiarity with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar tracking tools is an advantage.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

• Availability for a full-time schedule aligned with EST.

• Must reside in LATAM.
