Accounting Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead essential aspects of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure efficient and timely implementation.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to carry out implementation strategies and address customer challenges.

• Examine client accounting and finance workflows and convert needs into actionable requirements and practical solutions.

• Assist customers throughout the onboarding process, training, change management, and adoption.

• Facilitate data migration, reconciliations, system setup, and integration coordination.

• Monitor milestones, ensure follow-through, and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Recognize potential risks, escalate issues, and maintain customer launch timelines.

• Establish trust with customers through prompt, thoughtful, and solution-oriented support.

• Keep documentation up-to-date and provide regular status reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in accounting, audit, advisory, or similar customer-facing positions.

• Strong foundation in accounting principles.

• Capability to discuss closing processes, reconciliations, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and essential finance workflows.

• Outstanding communication abilities and experience engaging directly with customers and senior stakeholders.

• Systems-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn about implementation tasks.

• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proficient in managing multiple workstreams at the same time.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating across functional lines with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Background in Big 4, SaaS, or technology companies is advantageous.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the USA.
