This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver reporting and analytical support to Sales Operations and Executive leadership.
• Monitor sales productivity, evaluate pipelines, and assist in forecasting efforts.
• Aid in data mapping, cleansing, and enhancements for PowerBI reporting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses of pipelines and sales for Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
• Contribute to the creation of pipeline trends newsletters and firmwide communications.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of Salesforce data that feeds into PowerBI operational reports.
• Support Sales Operations during acquisitions and integrations.
• Help prepare content and talking points for Market, Segment, and Industry Meetings.
• Educate employees on PowerBI, Salesforce, and other data-focused reports and metrics.
• Audit Salesforce pipeline data for precision and timeliness.
• Utilize sales tools and research platforms to generate market and industry analyses.
• Assist in the development of comprehensive sales training programs.
• Undertake various ad hoc projects.
• Collaborate with teams across accounting, operations, talent deployment, marketing, finance, scheduling, IT, and executive management.
• Master’s degree in finance or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales operations or a financial/business analyst role concentrated on the sales organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, index match, indirect and offset functions, and modeling is advantageous), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Required experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or a comparable CRM tool.
• Outstanding analytical abilities.
• Capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in crafting and delivering both verbal and written communications to diverse audiences.
• Ability to foster relationships both in-person and via phone.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, multitask, and maintain organization.
• Skilled in exercising judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Availability to work non-standard business hours as necessary.
• Willingness to work the 6 PM IST to 3 AM IST shift.
