This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as an expert on the subject matter and platform for clients and their accounting professionals.
• Act as a bridge between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms.
• Investigate and comprehend issues faced by users.
• Provide solutions or answers and escalate issues to technical teams when necessary.
• Assist accountants in importing their data into Pennylane to streamline the migration process.
• Receive, assess, and address accounting-related inquiries.
• Ensure all requests are followed through to the complete resolution of tickets.
• Handle increasingly complex client inquiries.
• Develop and update customer support resources.
• Share accounting expertise and practical insights with team members.
• Communicate structured feedback from customers to product teams.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and spearhead enhancement projects.
• An accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant Manager for SMEs, Master’s in Accounting, Control, and Auditing, or a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm, ideally including involvement in at least three tax seasons.
• Direct experience collaborating with business owners is advantageous.
• A keen interest in innovative tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-driven, capable of independently resolving problems and identifying solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Excellent written communication skills with the capability to articulate concepts clearly.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs, delivering outstanding service while maintaining strong relationships.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Adaptability to rapid changes in the platform.
• Willingness to learn and stay informed about product advancements.
• Right to work in France is mandatory; visa sponsorship is currently unavailable.
