This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a subject-matter and platform authority for clients and their accountants.
• Act as the primary liaison between business owners, in-house accountants, and accounting firms.
• Comprehend the challenges users face on a daily basis.
• Investigate inquiries and deliver answers or solutions.
• Refer issues to the technical teams when necessary.
• Assist company accountants and accounting firms in importing their data into Pennylane to streamline migration.
• Receive and evaluate accounting-related inquiries.
• Monitor requests until tickets are fully resolved.
• Address increasingly intricate customer requests.
• Develop and update customer-facing support materials.
• Share accounting expertise and field experience with colleagues.
• Advocate for customer needs and usage trends to the product teams.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement to boost team efficiency.
• Lead initiatives that foster professional development and product enhancement.
• Educational background or qualifications in accounting (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS SME Management Assistant, Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit, or Bachelor’s degree in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting firm (preferably having completed at least three tax seasons).
• Direct experience collaborating with business owners is advantageous (e.g., in an internal advisory capacity).
• An interest in innovative work tools and emerging technologies.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to independently resolve problems and devise solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a bonus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to convey concepts clearly and professionally to users.
• Capability to understand and respond to customer needs, provide outstanding service, and maintain robust customer relationships.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid platform changes.
• A desire to learn and stay informed about product advancements.
• Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must be located in Europe.
