Accounting Manager – E-Commerce, CPG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the month-end closing process and all essential accounting functions for clients

• Ensure the timely and accurate distribution of financial management reports

• Project cash flow and effectively communicate the cash position to clients

• Create financial packages and reconcile transactions

• Manage inventory effectively

• Reconcile bank and credit card statements

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payables

• Handle payroll management for clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in full cycle accounting

• At least 2 years of experience in a multi-client or consulting environment

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero

• Experience with e-commerce platforms is highly desirable (Shopify, PayPal, Bill.com, etc.)

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills

• Proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork
