This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Act as the main, high-touch liaison for clients, taking ownership of the relationship and offering strategic insights.

• Supervise, coach, and guide a team of Staff and Senior Accountants, ensuring quality and precision.

• Manage all accounting operations, including the complete monthly close process and preparation of financial statements.

• Organize and lead all essential ad hoc projects, such as external audits and complex technical accounting research.

• Provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial reports to clients to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Collaborate closely with our internal Finance and Tax departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Approximately 8+ years of relevant client-facing accounting experience (public accounting or corporate accounting).

• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting is mandatory.

• A CPA or MBA is highly preferred, although not a strict requirement.

• Proficiency in Web3 (Crypto) accounting and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) accounting is advantageous.

• Extensive experience with core GL platforms such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct.

• Familiarity with modern tech-forward systems (e.g., Bill, Ramp, Stripe, Gusto, Rippling, Cin7, Brex).

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex accounting concepts into clear and concise language for clients.
