Accounting Associate – US Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Understand our market-oriented pricing approach

• Eagerness to learn customer billing systems

• Capability to accurately invoice customers and record received payments

• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies

• Handle a high volume of invoicing

• Willingness to take responsibility for tasks with a commitment to timely completion

• Execute accounting-related projects, reconciling customer or supplier accounts

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in accounting in compliance with US GAAP

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong organizational skills, with abilities in problem-solving and project management

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision

• Preferred: CPA certification from the Philippines

• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Bill.com
