Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with the accounting and finance teams.

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank and financial reconciliations, as well as cash flow management.

• Compile management reports, DRE (Income Statement), and performance metrics.

• Classify and enter accounting documents and transactions.

• Conduct account reconciliations, analyze ledgers and trial balances, and assist with monthly and annual closing processes.

• Manage fixed assets and calculate depreciation accordingly.

• Prepare and review ancillary/statutory filings (ECD, ECF).

• Provide assistance during audits, regulatory inspections, and client inquiries.

• Support the activities of the tax department as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting and finance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Familiarity with accounting/tax systems and ERP software (such as Contmatic, Omie, and/or Conta Azul).

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
