Account Technical Lead – Regional Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Spearhead direct discovery initiatives for complex opportunities.

• Assess and confirm partner-led discovery to guarantee technical precision.

• Develop hybrid architectural solutions that integrate partner services, Autodesk workflows, and considerations for regional capabilities.

• Offer guidance to partners regarding solution alignment and necessary Autodesk methodologies.

• Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with key customers and technical stakeholders from partners.

• Create and maintain technical roadmaps at the regional level, documenting customer objectives and required partner involvement.

• Propel both Autodesk-led and partner-led expansion initiatives, ensuring mutual benefits.

• Oversee the resolution of customer issues across both direct-delivered and partner-delivered workstreams.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Managers to establish a long-term strategy and technical milestones.

• Lead joint technical orchestration efforts with Autodesk and partners for demonstrations, benchmarks, and workshops.

• Provide synthesized results to stakeholders, emphasizing implications for both direct-led and partner-led follow-up actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• A minimum of 7 years of industry experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of the AEC industry.

• Technical proficiency with Autodesk software and solutions.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.

• Strong skills in teamwork and relationship management.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to juggle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50-70% of the time.

• Availability to attend Autodesk-sponsored events, including sales kickoffs, training sessions, or Autodesk University.
