• Oversee two medical device brands
• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients based on a deep understanding of their business objectives
• Exhibit the ability to provide confident guidance on client inquiries and develop fluency in the capabilities and offerings of Avalere Health
• Cultivate expertise in the client's market, including trends, influencers, competitors, and vital stakeholders
• Clearly convey the brand’s business goals to the agency team both verbally and in writing
• Offer constructive feedback on work in progress across strategy, creative, technical, and analytical project types, as well as interpret client and medical/regulatory/legal feedback for the agency team
• Oversee materials for Congress/Conference, along with email campaigns, social media, video, and digital projects
• Assist with finance and forecasting tasks
• Record all scope requests (detailed descriptions of client deliverables), draft project briefs (with input from subject matter experts as necessary), and compose SOWs based on inputs from the delivery team
• Collaborate with delivery and account leadership to track revenue and profit, manage risks, and address scope issues directly with clients
• Identify growth opportunities and work with account leadership to expand revenue within assigned accounts
• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing client relationships in a pharmaceutical agency setting, with expertise in digital strategies
• Required experience in pharmaceutical marketing (HCP/DTC)
• Proven capability to collaborate across various functions and project teams in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience in managing pharmaceutical brand launches in rare diseases
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
