This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Act as the primary contact for designated accounts, fostering trust and credibility from the outset.
• Navigate a dynamic and uncertain environment with poise, providing clarity and composure during chaotic situations.
• Engage with clients in their preferred manner, which may include occasional in-person workshops and on-site collaboration.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the client's business, disease areas, brand strategy, and healthcare professional (HCP) marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with P10's internal teams to create and implement integrated marketing strategies across both digital and print mediums.
• Assist in the launch and new indication initiatives, proactively managing complex, milestone-driven campaigns.
• Aid in budget management, forecasting, and tracking financial performance in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Identify scope changes and budgetary risks early and address them proactively.
• 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing; 4 years may be considered with a proven record of strong career advancement.
• Demonstrated experience in HCP marketing, including launch and new indication initiatives, is essential.
• A strong blend of digital and print campaign management experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of MLR processes and Veeva Vault submissions is expected as a standard requirement.
• Proficient in Slack and Microsoft Teams for daily collaboration.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, engaging in direct communication, and maintaining informal client relationships; you call, you text, you resolve issues.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% to NY, NJ, or PA for client workshops and on-site collaboration.
• Must be based in the United States, with NY, NJ, or PA preferred.
