📋 Description

• Oversee various accounts, serving as the primary day-to-day contact for clients.

• Create and execute strategic communication plans that align with the business objectives of clients.

• Offer insightful, proactive advice to clients regarding media strategies, storytelling, and executive visibility.

• Recognize growth opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Direct media relations strategies within B2B Tech sectors.

• Craft narratives that position clients as leaders and innovators in their categories.

• Supervise the development of thought leadership initiatives, bylined articles, and speaking engagements.

• Ensure consistent and high-quality pitching that secures top-tier media coverage.

• Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level PR professionals, ensuring clarity and accountability.

• Manage workload distribution, quality assurance, and deadlines across various accounts.

• Provide constructive feedback and facilitate career growth within your team.

• Effectively manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.

• Deliver reports and analyses that showcase measurable results and ROI.

• Participate in business development, proposal creation, and new client presentations.

• A minimum of 7 years of PR experience, particularly in an agency setting.

• Demonstrated success in leading multiple client programs and managing account teams.
