This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary liaison for clients, fostering robust and trustworthy relationships.

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of HCP/MedComms projects, ensuring they are delivered with quality and on schedule.

• Contribute strategically to account planning by identifying opportunities to enhance services and align with client objectives.

• Supervise project execution, including budgets and timelines within client accounts.

• Cultivate effective internal networks and collaborate with teams to provide an integrated solution.

• Create internal project estimates and work alongside PM/PC to establish timelines.

• Convey client requirements and expectations to the internal agency team via project brief development and effective communication in meetings with the cross-functional agency team.

• Track project estimates against actual time and cost accruals.

• Review monthly account invoices for accuracy and completeness in compliance with client purchase orders.

• Assist in tactical planning and the development of brand strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency, with a focus on medical communications/HCP.

• Exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing a diverse array of projects.

• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle a wide range of projects and team members.

• Proven experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.

• Experience in managing and executing HCP/MedComms projects.

• Excellent communication skills: oral, written, and interpersonal.

• Familiarity with product launches.
