This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Exhibit confidence and authority as the primary contact for the agency team on a daily basis.

• Demonstrate project leadership—being prepared, proactive, thorough, and accurate.

• Build rapport and trust with various staff members assigned to your account(s).

• Offer mentorship and guidance to Account Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators, fostering their growth and development.

• Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through other connections.

• Produce internal project estimates and collaborate with PM/PC to create timelines.

• Interpret client needs and expectations for the internal agency team through project brief development and internal meetings and communications with the cross-functional agency team.

• Track project estimate versus actual time and cost accruals.

• Review monthly account billing for accuracy and completeness in line with client PO(s).

• Aid in the development and approval of scopes of work (project descriptions, assumptions, estimates).

• Contribute to tactical planning and brand strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency.

• Excellent attention to detail with the capability to manage a diverse range of projects.

• Proven experience in supervisory roles and mentoring.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee a variety of projects and team members.

• Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships.

• Exceptional communication skills: both oral and written, along with interpersonal abilities.

• Experience with product launches.

• Proficiency in Veeva, Ziflow, or other digital routing and MLR platforms.

• Strong financial management skills while adhering to budget constraints.
