• Define and articulate the expected outcomes for assignments and the overall client relationship.
• Oversee and direct the daily client relationship and associated project activities.
• Cultivate and deliver expertise related to the brand and its industry.
• Collaborate with strategic planning to formulate plans, recommendations, and briefs.
• Coordinate with other agency departments to create multichannel, multidisciplinary plans and recommendations.
• Formulate spending and budget suggestions.
• Create scopes and outline pricing for assignments in alignment with budgetary constraints.
• Brief creative and media teams regarding significant new initiatives.
• Collaborate with project management to ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget while maintaining accountability to both client and agency results.
• Assess work and recommendations for thoroughness and precision.
• Assist in presenting work and recommendations to clients and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage and monitor monthly client expenditures in line with the budget and collaborate with accounting on the preparation and delivery of company invoices.
• Advocate for innovative marketing solutions on behalf of brands to enhance client and agency revenues.
• Over 5 years of experience in agency account management.
• Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional presentation and client communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Background in regulated marketing environments is preferred.
