Account Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations related to client accounts.

• Ensure professional interactions and communications between clients and the agency team.

• Cultivate and share expertise regarding brand and industry knowledge.

• Collaborate with strategic planning to formulate plans, recommendations, and briefs.

• Create recommendations for spending and budget allocations.

• Assess work and recommendations for thoroughness and precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency account management.

• Preference for candidates with healthcare/pharma experience.

• Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns.

• Exceptional presentation and client communication abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders at once.

• Preferred experience working in regulated marketing environments.
