• The Account Supervisor collaborates with clients to strategize, execute, manage, and assess their digital marketing initiatives.
• This position involves daily interactions with clients to cultivate and sustain robust partner relationships.
• The Account Supervisor closely liaises with various internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH, including project management, business systems analysis, creative, analytics, social media, design, and development.
• Utilizing an understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics, and other data, the Account Supervisor guides client strategic and tactical digital marketing endeavors.
• This role acts as the primary liaison to the client and/or agency partners, spearheading the implementation of digital marketing strategies and projects.
• The Account Supervisor takes charge of creating comprehensive campaign and project plans, serving as the project owner with ultimate accountability for the final product or service delivered to the client.
• Additional responsibilities include managing and providing status updates, as well as financial forecasting and tracking of budget, targets, and objectives for the client.
• 5 to 6 years of relevant industry experience in client service, digital advertising agency, and pharmaceutical sectors is required;
• Strong hands-on experience in marketing and advertising, with a focus on digital strategy, media, and technology;
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education combined with professional experience is necessary;
• Proven expertise in the development process for highly technical projects related to iPads, data feeds, CRM campaigns, and/or complex portals;
• Previous experience in building digital sales aids is highly preferred;
• Strong understanding of agency offerings and expertise;
• Excellent client relations skills with a track record of customer satisfaction;
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects to collaborative completion;
• Strong negotiation skills;
• Ability to manage changes from multiple partner agencies and clients effectively;
• Strategic thinking and strong business acumen;
• Solid analytical skills;
• Familiarity with web development technologies and processes;
• Proven capacity to supervise and develop Account Administrator and Account Manager team members;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts concurrently;
• Exceptional problem-solving skills;
• Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities;
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
