Account Success Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Manage all elements of designated installer accounts to achieve deliverables.

• Perform quality assessments of installed PV systems.

• Coordinate corrective actions with current partners and third-party service providers.

• Execute funding evaluations at project milestones.

• Organize and monitor funding distributions and reserves.

• Collaborate with installation partners to establish and achieve defined objectives and deliverables.

• Assist Dividend’s installation partners, Complaint Management, and Servicing teams.

• Create and deliver weekly reporting at the department level.

• Mitigate risks at the account level, reduce exposure, investigate issues, monitor progress, and generate reports.

• Share ideas and feedback, raise concerns, and adhere to bank policies and procedures.

• Identify, evaluate, manage, monitor, and report risks within the Bank’s risk appetite.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in project management for PV systems.

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Management, Business, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Adequate technical knowledge and experience to assess and provide analysis and guidance on complex issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to clearly express ideas.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

• Proficiency in Excel and Word is essential.
