This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise and manage a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
• Provide direct assistance to client contacts
• Conduct weekly communications with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, work quality, and potential improvements
• Foster referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Develop strategies for clients on a quarterly basis
• Possess the capability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of client positioning and unique value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM
• Recognize the significance of Programmatic campaigns
• Accountable for personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to meet both internal and client objectives
• Implement and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, emphasizing keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment
• In-depth expertise in paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more
• Proficient in utilizing advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, covering keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Proven ability to drive results and measure effectiveness through OCT
• Demonstrated success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Unique insights on delivering value for SaaS
• Skill in translating and articulating strategy and narrating stories with data
• A blend of competitiveness and curiosity; you’re a genuine problem solver
• Proficient in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, or as necessary
