This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• The Strategist serves as the primary strategic lead on designated accounts, taking ownership of diagnosis, roadmaps, and revenue outcomes.
• Spearhead Shopping and Marketplace strategies for mid-market and enterprise B2B manufacturers and distributors.
• Assess channel architecture prior to suggesting tactics: 1P versus 3P Amazon status, distributor conflicts, feed health, and best practices for Google & Microsoft.
• Facilitate Strategy Calls, Proposal Calls, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Oversee the functionality of feeds and Shopping campaigns for B2B catalogs.
• Direct feed strategy in Feedonomics or GoDataFeed (or similar platforms): including taxonomy, GTIN/MPN enrichment, attribute mapping, parent/child architecture, and custom label utilization.
• Create Shopping and Performance Max campaigns tailored to B2B buyer behaviors, rather than consumer search patterns.
• Implement cross-channel exclusion logic to safeguard distributor relationships and avert cannibalization.
• Provide guidance on 1P (Vendor Central) versus 3P (Seller Central) strategies and lead migrations when necessary.
• Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns focused on B2B keyword behaviors, as opposed to DTC conversion logic.
• Monitor Buy Box health, enforce MAP policies, and address pricing erosion in real time.
• Conduct bi-weekly client meetings, QBRs, and ad hoc strategy discussions.
• Develop reports linking channel performance to revenue outcomes (matched cohort, cost-to-serve, revenue lift).
• Proactively identify risks such as channel conflicts, feed degradation, reseller activities, and Buy Box losses.
• Document repeatable frameworks derived from client engagements.
• Contribute to audit deliverables, sales enablement, and internal training initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on the advancement of Commerce Architecture / ChannelOS.
• Achieve NSM Attainment: 100% across managed accounts.
• Maintain CSAT scores above 4.5 for managed accounts.
• Ensure an account retention rate exceeding 90%.
• Document at least one methodology contribution each quarter.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing paid media, including at least 2 years focused on Shopping/feeds and/or Amazon.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Feedonomics (or GoDataFeed, Productsup, Channable) and Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central.
• Knowledgeable about Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP.
• Experience with B2B clients or environments with high-SKU catalogs.
• Proven experience in client interactions, setting strategy, and executing with the support of Directors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present comfortably to C-suite buyers.
• Ability to work effectively within a consultative sales framework and contribute to audit and proposal tasks.
