This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated client accounts
• Foster and nurture robust, trust-based relationships
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication
• Enhance client satisfaction and promote long-term retention
• Lead onboarding, discovery, and strategic planning meetings
• Grasp client objectives and recognize growth potentials
• Create customized HubSpot strategies that align with business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor by delivering actionable insights
• Spot opportunities to broaden engagements and elevate contract value
• Inform clients about additional services and platform functionalities
• Advise clients on best practices across HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and designers
• Contribute to meeting quarterly goals and performance benchmarks
• Support the development of campaigns, pitch presentations, and content strategies
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• 3–5+ years of experience in client-facing roles
• Strong capabilities in strategic thinking and problem-solving
• Background in account management or customer success
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Experience with HubSpot or a strong eagerness to learn
• Knowledge of CRM systems and digital marketing tools
