• **ABOUT THE ROLE**
• You will be the operational backbone of a dynamic Amazon agency Pod, ensuring accounts remain healthy, clients satisfied, and your team is unobstructed—every day. • Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you will closely collaborate with a PPC Specialist and a Graphic Designer. Together, your Pod will manage 10-15 Amazon brand accounts to the highest standards.
• **WHAT YOU'LL OWN**
• 1. Listing Content & SEO
Conduct keyword research, create title and bullet copy, A+ content body text, and backend search terms.
Optimize listings for Rufus and Cosmo (Amazon AI) and manage flat file bulk uploads.
Perform CTR and conversion rate A/B testing, as well as indexation and keyword tracking reports.
Develop Phase 1–4 SEO strategies, conduct competitor research, and maintain keyword placement files.
• 2. Creative & Image Management
Generate main image optimization ideas and draft clear design briefs for the Graphic Design team.
Review designer outputs, coordinate revisions, and upload final versions to Amazon.
Oversee A+, Premium A+, and Brand Store design from start to finish.
• 3. Account & Catalog Management
Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations for all assigned accounts.
Resolve suppressed ASINs, catalog errors, and Seller Support cases.
Monitor Buy Box percentages, pricing anomalies, inventory levels (FBA/AWD), ratings, and account health.
• 4. Client Management
Address technical inquiries and operational updates while ensuring the Brand Manager is always informed.
Prepare biweekly client presentations, track successes, and maintain 30/60/90 day account strategies.
Conduct SKU-level profitability analyses and identify margin improvement opportunities.
• 5. Graphic Designer Coordination
Ensure the Graphic Designer has a full workload—listing images, A+, Brand Story, Storefront.
Provide clear briefs with reference images and accurately communicate client expectations.
Review designed materials, coordinate revisions, and secure client approval prior to uploading.
• 6. Task & ClickUp Management
Keep daily capacity workload updated in ClickUp consistently.
After each meeting, ensure all action items are documented as tasks with due dates.
Immediately flag blockers—never let missed goals go unaddressed.
• 7. Growth & Strategy
Formulate growth strategies that align with client objectives; share recommendations with the Brand Manager.
Collaborate with PPC on keyword lists, TACoS targets, and campaign performance.
Implement at least one category-specific strategy each quarter (creative thinking required).
• 8. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily check-ins and weekly summaries.
Create and maintain SOPs for Amazon-related processes.
Keep task records and client information organized on Airtable and Google Drive.
**HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED**
You will be assessed across five dimensions—you'll always know your standing.
Client Health & Retention
Aim for zero client churn every quarter.
Maintain an average response time of under 8 hours for client emails and Slack messages.
Client satisfaction and NPS: clients should feel acknowledged, listened to, and valued.
Revenue & Growth
Achieve month-over-month and year-over-year revenue growth across managed accounts.
Monitor TACoS trends: maintain or enhance while scaling revenue.
Maintain and improve Buy Box percentages on key ASINs.
Listing & Content Quality
Track the number of listings enhanced each month (copy, images, A+ content).
Measure CTR and CVR improvements resulting from listing modifications.
Resolve suppressed and error listings promptly.
Operational Discipline
Maintain a ClickUp task completion rate of 90% or higher—target zero overdue tasks.
Submit daily check-ins every working day.
Implement at least one automation or AI project each quarter.
Initiative & Leadership
Provide proactive recommendations to clients regarding pricing, launches, deals, and channel strategy.
Create SOPs, develop templates, and share team knowledge.
Exhibit new Amazon knowledge during weekly Pod meetings.
