This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the client portfolio, fostering close and strategic relationships;
• Facilitate onboarding, follow-up, and planning sessions;

• Track performance metrics and present results in a consultative fashion;

• Document action plans, monitor requests, and promote ongoing account development.
• Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or strategic client services within an agency;
• Familiarity with digital marketing, sales funnels, and CRM platforms;
• Proficient with tools like ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion;
• Competent in Google Sheets or Excel;
• Strong analytical abilities for interpreting metrics and formulating action plans;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Capability to manage multiple accounts concurrently.
