This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Align cutting-edge strategies with technology solutions within intricate accounts
• Collaborate with clients and engage with internal team members
• Foster agreement on multi-product technology solutions across the Salesforce product suite
• Address complex and ambiguous business challenges
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the customer's enterprise architecture
• Create technical Points of View (POVs) focused on AI strategy
• Showcase capabilities through software demonstrations and rapid prototyping
• Guide cross-functional solution initiatives and disseminate best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems
• At least 5 years of professional experience collaborating within a team to tackle technical challenges
• Profound knowledge of enterprise software applications, relational databases, web technologies, integration principles, and process orchestration
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, including predictive and generative AI
• Strong executive presence complemented by excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Readiness and ability to travel in line with territory requirements
• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role
• Industry knowledge in Healthcare Payers, including an understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management, and security
• Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Health Cloud) and/or prior experience as a solution or sales engineer
