• You are not merely selling software; you serve as a crucial partner in enhancing government services for its citizens.
• As a customer-facing technical trusted advisor, you will assist essential federal missions by designing, building, and showcasing how our Agentic Government Cloud solutions address the most intricate challenges faced by the government.
• Spearhead technical discovery, develop and implement proof points for customer environments, guide production readiness, and create a clear path to activation and consumption—merging executive presence with comprehensive, full-stack technical expertise across Salesforce, modern data architectures, and AI.
• Assist government clients in evolving into a true Agentic Enterprise by operationalizing Data + AI + Trust.
• Act as a definitive subject matter expert for our government solutions, guiding customers throughout the lifecycle—from technical evaluation and closure to activation, adoption, and expansion.
• Over 7 years of experience in customer-facing solution/technical architecture (pre-sales, consulting, implementation) with increasing responsibility and influence.
• Expertise in Salesforce Core (Public Sector Solutions, Sales, Service, Experience Cloud) and the Data 360/Agentforce stack.
• Proficiency in Agentic + AI: practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG/grounding, evaluation concepts, and the behavior of agentic systems in production (safety, reliability, governance).
• Familiarity with agentic engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agentforce Vibes, etc.).
• Capability to conduct technical and business discovery to define agentic solution use cases, success metrics, and a viable execution plan.
• Strong executive and technical communication skills: adept at leading whiteboard sessions and engaging with both developers and C-suite executives fluently, while translating architecture into outcomes/ROI.
• In-depth technical knowledge of multi-tier architectures, including relational database design (SQL, SOQL), schema modeling, and the intricacies of high-scale web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/LWC).
